The instructions advised to have more than one person assemble it, but I managed on my own one evening.There were no exercise instructions supplied but I had already researched how this type of equipment is used so knew what range of exercises can be performed.I assembled the tower in my garage and there is 30cm gap between the pull up bar and the ceiling and although this does not sound very much it is ample. It is used by my son and me and it does the job. My son uses a dipping belt to add more resistance, which is worth considering if you can perform pull ups and dips etc easily. Again i was a bit skeptical as to the sturdiness of this product. But having constructed it in about an hour, i was very impressed with it. I weigh around 80kg and there is no movement whatsoever when doing pull up dips etc. Great product and would definately recommend.
